There are several steps within the sheet metal fabrication process – we handle every one of them under one roof.
The first step in the creation of metal products. We work closely with clients to understand their needs and create a design based on their requirements – or work with existing designs. Our 3D modelling package (TruTOPS BOOST) lets us really understand customer requirements and ensure the product is fit for purpose.
Accurately and efficiently programming a design is a vital stage of the process. With a commitment to always growing, developing and innovating, we have adopted new technologies in the industry – helping customers trust us to get the best and most cost-effective results.
We use laser cutting technology to precisely and easily cut sheets of aluminium, steel, or a range of yellow metals into the component parts laid out at the design and programming stage.
Bending sheets of metal – also known as CNC folding or CNC press braking – creates pressed forms, resulting in products that are fit for purpose, accurate, and repeatable.
Spot, MIG, TIG and robotic welding deliver precision fabrications. Our processes comply with EN 15085-2 and ISO 3834-2, ensuring quality, traceability and consistency, with a qualified Responsible Welding Coordinator (RWC) available for customer-specific requirements.
From quick, simple assemblies to complex builds including wiring and electrical testing – such as kiosks and vending machines – we pick the right assembly options for every project before it is delivered to the customer.
Electrostatic powder is applied to the metal components and cured at high heat to create a durable coating that protects against scratches, scuffs and corrosion while adding aesthetic appeal. We also partner with trusted suppliers for high-quality finishing.
