From design to delivery, our stage-by-stage process
Step 1
Initial Consultation & Design
We begin with a detailed consultation to understand your needs, followed by precise design planning using advanced CAD software.
Step 2
Material Selection & Preparation
Choosing the right materials is crucial. We prepare each piece meticulously to ensure optimal performance and quality.
Step 3
Laser Cutting
Our 2 TRUMPF Fiber Lasercutting machines gives us the flexibility to cut variety of materials like MS, SS, Aluminium, Copper and Brass to meet the highest standards of customer expectations.
Step 4
CNC Folding
Our two 3mtrs long press break with bending force of 160 Tonnes and one 6mtrs long press break with bending force of 400 tonnes combined with extensive set of die tools gives us the convenience to form any complex geometry of customer.
Step 5
Fabrication & Quality Assurance
Our expert team fabricates each component with precision, followed by rigorous quality checks to meet the highest standards.
